International Groups Around the World

There are Purusha groups located in Germany, Denmark, Australia, and the Netherlands.

Maharishi Peace Palace in Uedem, Germany

In Uedem, Germany, we have a beautiful and dignified home in the countryside close to the Netherlands border.

Our facility faces due East, satisfying the primary recommendation of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda for creating an evolutionary influence on the residents and guests of the building. On all three stories there are single rooms with private bathrooms.

Currently the 50 rooms are almost full with Purusha members. The accommodations are very comfortable and the surroundings are quiet and full of scenic views. As coherence is spreading, relations with the citizens of Uedem are very good. The atmosphere inside the town community is harmonious and nourishing.

Our kitchen prepares fine, fully organic meals. The halls for practice of the TM and TM-Sidhi programs are spacious and very comfortable.

Maharishi Peace Palace in Oebisfelde, Germany

We also have a smaller Purusha group at the Oebisfelde Peace Palace, which is an East facing and Vastu rectified building with 50 bedrooms, all with shower rooms, situated on the outskirts of Oebisfelde such that the East facing rooms look out upon the open countryside. The town is a little over 1,000 years old and has many houses built between about 1640 and 1900. These are of a traditional brick and wooden beam construction and all have preserved status. The castle, Burg, is still standing in parts, as are some of the huge walls that used to surround the old town area. The population is about 4,500, making it big enough to support a decent shopping center but small enough to remain a very quiet and friendly country town. Oebisfelde railway station is on the main line between Berlin and Hannover which is highly convenient for travel purposes.

All meals are prepared with organic ingredients by our excellent chef. In addition to housing members of the Purusha program, the Academy holds courses for Meditators, Sidhas and Governors over the summer and New Year and is also open for short or longer term visits. Many course participants comment on the depth of Silence they experience during their practice of the TM and TM-Sidhi programs while staying at the facility.
